1) listeners and I had fun yesterday - the All Request Hour was country singers who are also actors (Dolly Parton, Lainey Wilson, Kenny Rogers, Tim McGraw, Randy Houser, Trace Adkins, Dwight Yoakum and more)

2) Bel just called from 360 Sleeve to assure me that on travel day (22) she will have an airport taxi there to pick Ray and I up and arrange for the UBERs we need to get to and from clinic from hotel. They are so wonderful to deal with here!

3) 290.0 today (down 6.2 on the Optifast since Monday)

4) cleaning out some of Ray's old clothes. I don't have things that don't fit "yet" but as soon as I do I will be also. It'll be a fun thing to do before Christmas as my goal is down 50 lbs by then!

5) I'm so hopeful about the future and getting back to exercising again!
