2. I got my 5 minutes on my treadmill done for today. We got the treadmill on Tik Tok and love it because it has rails to keep us from stepping off the side if we lose our balance-but the walking pad isn’t as wide as I would like it to be. I need to keep my watch arm free to count the steps but it’s kind of hard as I tend to step on the sides of the walking pad which is awkward. I’ve decided to just hang on to the rails to stay safe and not worry about counting those steps! I’m thinking about looking for another treadmill for me (Ken does fine on the one we have) that has a wider walking pad.
3. My banana pancakes. These are so good and are 0 points for me!
4. Not sure the grat but WW added a feature that shows the macros that we are supposed to eat each day and what we ate. I will post it for you to see but it seems kind of off in my opinion! Let me know what you think.
5. Ken and I are so blessed. So grateful to God who loves us so much.
