if that is all the calories you are getting? you know i am going to fuss at you. no wonder you are eating carbs after 5 days. you are so low on energy that your body is trying to get the most it can. carbs provide that.
Try for more veggies per day, at least 2 fruit some beans/legumes, here and there, whole wheat carbs and make sure you get your fats in and it should be easier to not fall face first into carbs after a few days.
