My PT therapist is awesome! She is a more recent grad but she is thorough, direct and kind. I am in worse shape than I even thought I was. Will do my PT exercises everyday between now and my trip and will go to PT 2x week.

Ordered Carin's birthday presents. I spurged. I am having a cake and 4 Chicago deep-dish pizzas delivered Friday as well as a wall plaque



Pretty sure I will have a gain tomorrow. I have to learn from this.

Krista is having her surgery today. This will be a new beginning for her!
