My hands and lower arms have not been having spasms too badly for a couple of hours. So grateful for any parts that work.

Heating pads and heated mattress pads help the worst of the spasms some so that I can at least get back and forth to the bathroom.

Talked to my cousin who I am so close to today. She is feeling better and planning to come this weekend for several days. So grateful that she is still with us to come. She hasn't been here in over two years.

Poppy has been acting more like herself last night and today. Her incision looks good, no redness or pus showing. She started acting off last week and going outside every few minutes but not peeing. Thought she had a UTI so took her to vet. She had 5 kidney stones too large to pass so she had to have surgery.

My mother had not felt good for a while but for the past two weeks, she has been feeling good, going all over the place and living the good life.
