I try to stay around 1200 *on most days * because that’s what the bariatric dietician has told me over and over again including in June. After surgery your metabolism slows for life. I have yo yod all my life which makes it hard too. I won’t stay at the same calorie level so I add in days that are higher to keep the metabolism wondering. If I go to 1400’and stay there I will lose nothing.
