Had 3, yes 3 of the most painful shots I have ever had in my life in my palms for trigger finger. That was 2 days ago and I can hold my phone again now. They have throbbed so much. I don’t recommend it but I don’t recommend trigger fingers either.

Eating on plan is going well

Going to AJs band competition Saturday. It starts at 9’am. Is 2 hours away and ends around 7. Will be a long day. I’m so excited about it.

About ready to get back in the gym. Wondering how that will go w compression socks. What a pain. Oh the joys of aging. Got more compression socks. Thank you Cindy for helping me learn a good brand!
