on track and it worked. I know that for many of us who have fought the weight for so long, we will throw in the towel if the scale goes up a great deal. You and Cindy have taught me to just get back to it and if I do the work, the weight will eventually come down on its timeline, not mine. If I say ow, well, I have already blown it, so I might as well have what I want now. I have to do all the work all over again.

It took a while to love my Kindle. I loved being able to take multiple books with me in so little space, but at home, I still read 'real' books. Once I got used to it, though I seldom read books now, and am sending a lot of my favorite collections to charity shops and give-away places. I still like cookbooks and sewing books better. Also, the Bible, but happy that I can carry one around all the time without the weight. Do you have a Bible app on your Kindle? Most of the ones I have found are very clunky and, of course, they take up a lot of space, but I like knowing that I can just slip my Kindle into my purse or bag and have it with me any time I want. One of mine will even read it to me. The others probably will if I download an app or change the settings, but this one came with that feature several iterations back.
