- Good Protein peanut butter protein shake made with 2 cups of water
- 2 sugar free popsicles
77 grams of protein (goal is 65 min)
Looking forward to my call with them on Tuesday for 1 week follow-up and to be able to add more variety. They build us up slowly - this is the "full fluid phase"
