1. Sunday - In the Gospel, we are reminded of our duty to care for the poor. As I've stated before, I am so happy my Church makes it easy by have a food pantry, along with other programs. This week, there was a call for canned peas, and thanks to Delta's advice, I took low sodium.

2. Cindy is an internet star! She was so poised on her work video explaining her program. Wow! I'm so glad I was able to see it.

3. Speaking of Cindy, I can't tell you how many times her "Thought of the Day" is exactly what I needed to read!

4. We have been having a plethora of beautiful rainbows. A few days ago, the sun was shining while the rain was just pouring, and it was simply breathtaking!

5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me!
