A chuckle and a sigh. This morning I was making my lists of 'what I need to do before my trip' and 'what I need to pack.' The latter: CPAP, cane, dressings, antiseptic liquid, gauze pads, nystatin powder and cream for under my belly, meds. Sigh!

Even with all of that, I'm going on my trip!

Co and Lew. Bill always feeds the cats in the morning (Gianni waits for him every morning outside his bedroom door). On days I'm not up by 8,he gets the dogs up, out and fed. Cosette sleeps in her crate but after eating, she sometimes jumps in my bed for a cuddle (cats hate it; my bed is theirs!). She did that this morning but only for a bit. Instead, she got down and went to lay on the rug, next to Lew. They are so bonded.

A few moments ago, Co let me know she needed to go out. Bill and I keep yelling at Lew (not in anger) even though we know he's deaf now. So, I'm yelling away for him to come and go out while he happily chews on his bone and looks out the front door. Cosette got tired of waiting and walked over to hom and swatted him with one of her long legs.to get him up! She's a really smart dog.

Going to the office tomorrow. Full day of in-person clients. A little nervous. I don't want everyone commenting on my weight loss but,those who do, will be well-intentioned
