Thank you for posting these posts to keep us apprised of what you have to do. I love how you are planning your days to make sure that you get enough protein. My niece says that planning every day makes the journey more successful and keeping it up makes it less likely to gain weight back when at goal. Several years out she still tries to stick to the last eating plan they gave her most of the time.
