Stopped tracking my food. Need to get back at it. I don't feel terrible about this gain. I think it will always be this way. I will have relapses and the goal is to work my way back in a few days instead of weeks. If I've not learned anything else from our joint experiences, we will never be perfect at this but we can learn how to get back on track SOONER rather than later.
