2) Ray has the yard "put away" and the pool shut down for the winter. I'm thankful that he is so driven
3) got through both dinners out with families without overeating - so thankful
4) have a question into the "care team" about walking 10,000 steps. I have a call with the nutritionist again on Tuesday for our 3 week follow-up so will get clarification then
5) mapping out my meals and snacks for the week. My diet consists of 6 protein, 4 milk, 2 fruit, 2 vegetable, 2 fat and 3-4 grain / starch daily. Serving sizes are smaller than "normal" diets (e.g. milk is 1/2 cup, yogurt 1/2 cup, protein 1 oz, fruit 1/2 cup, etc). I think it will be a struggle to get the 60-90 grams of protein in but it's a work in progress
