2) call from the nurse yesterday for 3 week follow-up and call from nutritionist today. I'm struggling with ground meat (e.g. turkey) but I'm thinking she will still move me along to next stage of diet
3) nurse suggested adding "MIO" to water so I'll get some of that this week in the groceries. She (my nurse Yolanda) has also had the sleeve done at 360 Clinic so she knows what the patient is going through directly
4) flannel sheets. I am SO not ready for these temps. At night, there has been a "risk of frost"
5) menu all mapped out for the day
