I may have dreamed it but I seem to remember that you had about the same complaints for the first month or two with the last WLS you had. Then it kicked in, and you lost well for a good while before it slowed down. Perhaps this is just a personal issue with your body. Follow the plan, focus on increasing water intake and regular walking, and wait for the results. Surely your body can't hold on to fat forever if you don't have enough calories going in.

I am so relieved that your dad has opted for surgery, and I know that you are too. Colostomy bags take some getting used to, but they are not the end of the world and do have some good things going for them, one being life.

I am glad that you are enjoying the white chocolate pudding with protein. While I love almost anything sweet, it is a taste that I can not tolerate, nor the Jello cheesecake, nor anything. Maybe it is a different recipe in Canada and better. I know that Cadberry in Australia is much better than the US so maybe that is the problem. I am just glad that you have found something that you enjoy to fall back on!
