The surgery was only one tool, not a magic wand. Implement all the others every day.
Keep closely to the food plan you were given.
Try to get your walking in daily and aim to increase your steps by a few each day, even if it's just 5 or 10. Show up and do it again the next day. Soon, you'll reach 10,000.
DRINK YOUR WATER. Find one you like and drink, drink, drink. It makes a big difference if you do it daily.
Don't get discouraged, don't get depressed, don't give up on yourself. If you follow these three steps, even without a scale, you will know that the surgery is working.
