The easiest way to avoid regrets is to ask yourself this question, "If not now, when?" It's a powerful way to put life and our decisions about how we spend our time into perspective"
It is scary

seeing our loved ones like this. As we age confusion often goes along with infections. My mother has Chronic UTI and she always starts becoming very forgetful or confused days before any other symptoms show up. When she was here I was able to get her to the doctor the next day after noticing it starting and sure enough she would have an infection and we could get it cleared up quickly but at home she gets down before she even knows she is sick. To her she just don't feel good for a day or two. I have noticed that a lot of the men in my life get abnormally cranky, hateful or obstinate right before and during the confusion stage.
I am glad that they got the stent in and is on IV antibiotics. It usually clears it up in a few days. Praying that is the case with him.
