keeping your fingers crossed for us. It does seem perfect for us. The one we have now is small. Only two families can be there at once, and that is crowded. This one would hold the whole family at once without being overly big like the house we are now living in. We had planned to expand the lake house we now have to hold us all, starting about now, but we are waiting to see if this plays out. There have been several times when someone wanted to go to the lake house and it was already full so they didn't get to go.

I have two kids, a son and a daughter. My son has one son. My daughter has three boys (two married, one has a son) and a step-daughter. Twelve people, when we all get together who need places to sleep.
