Yes, it is right on the water, slight incline with a sidewalk to the water. Beautiful view from the living room, kitchen, eat in the bay window, and the primary bedroom. The exciting thing is that it is a private lake now, meaning only the people who live on it have access to it, but the Corps of Engineers still maintains it. The one we have now has a couple of public boat launches, so there are a lot of people using it all the time, and the ones that don't live there don't have as much respect for the ones that do own property there. There is a lot more respect on a private beach.

Yes, we plan to sell or rent out the other house. Duck is hunting on one side of the adjacent property and selective hunting on the other at the National Forest trying to keep the populations of different animals, fowl, and other birds stable, ensuring people needing somewhere to stay, since it is a small town with no hotels, motels, or inns nearby, they have to stay somewhere.
