Food has been awful. I am not weighing but am committing to tracking every morsel of food I put in my mouth. I'm dealing with my 'fear of failure' by choosing to fail! Stinking Thinking!

This has been such a beautiful Autumn.

No problems with leaving my wound uncovered. I've been lathering cream on the surrounding area several times a day. My skin is looking and feeling so much better.
