Have you tried cottage cheese and fruit in a blender on a 1/1 ratio? I usually use a half cup of each but that might be too much for you unless you use it for a meal. If you use fresh berries, mango, peaches, etc it is like a pudding. If you use frozen fruit it is like a sorbet, sorta. I have also done it with Greek yogurt. Use your favorite sweetener if you need it.
