2) scales down a PILE this week and I am thrilled with this!
3) my new habit of watching My 600 lb Life and CUBIIing for 10,000 steps a day (takes me 2 hours but I'm just sitting there so why not?)
4) Ray gets home before I do and cooks supper. Last few nights it's been (and again tonight) 3 oz chicken and 4 asparagus spears with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, parm cheese cooked in the oven. I do grind it up in the blender but man it's good
5) sugar free jello pudding (chocolate and white chocolate). I add a couple of scoops of protein and make only 2 servings from a box and it's a really satisfying snack for me at night
