Heading to PT in a few. Next week I go down to 1 day/week. Recovery will really be me walking and doing my home program. Mostly we are working on balance now and getting me to the point where I could get up if I fell and there was nothing to hold on to to help me up, ie walking around the neighborhood.
Thinking about going to the office on Wednesdays in addition to Monday. As much as I don't want to, I think it would be good for me and it opens up a pool of clients who only want to be seen in person. Once I'm at the office, it feels good. It's just getting up a little earlier than usual and driving 20 minutes.
I took 6 trash bags of mostly clothes to Goodwill over the weekend! There were so many things I've bought over the years because they were on sale and I was 'going to wear them when I lose weight.' Now, so many are things I don't like anymore...tags still on! Kind of makes me happy that somewhere, someone will be getting some nice stuff for Christmas.
Two more nice days. Then it's getting really cold. Virginia cold, not Chicago cold!
