I don't have strep. Went today for a test.
The electrician has already started on the house.
The HVAC guy gave us a great price and said it would be installed in a few days.
We have TREX being delivered on Monday for the back porch and the pier, and the boat house decking.
They are measuring for new windows and gutter guards tomorrow, and said they should be there in 2 weeks.
The roofer has found matching roofing and is taking out the skylights and roofing over them this week. They are leaking horribly, and every effort to stop it has caused new problems, so they go. They are weirdly placed and not adding to the aesthetics either inside or out, so they won't be missed. It shouldn't be noticeable. We have used him before, and he is like a magician. Never see it. Getting some extra supplies to keep for future storms, while we can find them.
Things are coming together much more smoothly than I expected. Getting people to work at the other lake house was much, much harder. So far every recommendation we have had has checked out with top ratings, and they have all had time to do work quickly.

Eating has been off. I will have a gain tomorrow. I just haven't been able to string 7 or even 6 days of healthy eating. Doesn't mean I won't be a le to!
Heading to PT in a few. Next week I go down to 1 day/week. Recovery will really be me walking and doing my home program. Mostly we are working on balance now and getting me to the point where I could get up if I fell and there was nothing to hold on to to help me up, ie walking around the neighborhood.
Thinking about going to the office on Wednesdays in addition to Monday. As much as I don't want to, I think it would be good for me and it opens up a pool of clients who only want to be seen in person. Once I'm at the office, it feels good. It's just getting up a little earlier than usual and driving 20 minutes.
I took 6 trash bags of mostly clothes to Goodwill over the weekend! There were so many things I've bought over the years because they were on sale and I was 'going to wear them when I lose weight.' Now, so many are things I don't like anymore...tags still on! Kind of makes me happy that somewhere, someone will be getting some nice stuff for Christmas.
Two more nice days. Then it's getting really cold. Virginia cold, not Chicago cold!

If you feel that you can handle two days at the office now I think it would probably be good for you to get out of the house and be back in your element.
We are supposed to have extremely cold, for here, weather after Thanksgiving. I hope I can stay home and stay warm.
