The past six months my entire gastro system has been in an uproar. For a couple months stomach, esophagus and gums. had been burning, too. It was so painful. It felt like the worst effects gerd I'd ever had. I had that years ago. I noticed that dairy made it burn mouth, throat and stomach were the worst after would eat dairy. About 2 weeks ago I stopped eating dairy. I have felt some improvement. So am sticking with that for now. I believe what I have now is an intense Crohns flare up. I have a colonoscopy in a few weeks.

I miss Murray a lot. I miss is company, conversations, having special dinners... I miss being able to just turn to him and ask him what he thinks about something l am thinking about.. a lot
