In my opinion, it has way too much Everything seasoning. I would do just a sprinkle on each side next time.
I was right that it makes a nice thickness and I used it open face for some smoked salmon and a tomato. Even though the tomato was on top it was beginning to come apart by the last bite.
Next time, I would leave off the parmesan or most of it and experiment with a couple or three tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Between the everything seasoning and the amount of mozzarella, it seems a bit bitter.
I will probably add a little garlic powder next time because that is how I roll.
