I think CindyH is doing keto, but I don't know about others. I am going to try it in the Air Fryer for a few minutes less. Quick Bread Recipe Mash 1/2 an avocado, Add an egg, 3/4 cup Parmesan 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning. Shape into circles on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 mins @ 400°F. Add your fav fillings and enjoy!

Update after making Posted by Delta on 11/26/2025, 2:20 pm, in reply to "This sounds so good. " This has a light texture and will not hold up to tomatoes that are very juicy, but few breads do. In my opinion, it has way too much Everything seasoning. I would do just a sprinkle on each side next time. I was right that it makes a nice thickness and I used it open face for some smoked salmon and a tomato. Even though the tomato was on top it was beginning to come apart by the last bite. Next time, I would leave off the parmesan or most of it and experiment with a couple or three tablespoons of mozzarella cheese. Between the everything seasoning and the amount of mozzarella, it seems a bit bitter. I will probably add a little garlic powder next time because that is how I roll.

It made me wonder if they could be divided into 4 pieces for two uses. They are for a high-protein diet, but I know on WW we only get 1/4 of an avocado for a serving, though most nutritionists advise eating half an avocado.
