You have a good loss to show for your problems but I am not happy about your problems. I like that you are keeping track of all your foods and hope that you are also writing down any symptoms you face so that you can compare the foods later and find all that gives you problems. Once you can eliminate all the ones that cause problems, hopefully, you will feel better for longer periods of time. As for right now, I am sure that most of it was created by stress. Even happy stress always throws me for a loop, and my digestive situation is not as serious as yours.
