No change this week

I've been getting a little sloppy with non-protein packed foods so it's time to reel that in a little. Doing well with the CUBII at night. Talked to the nutritionist today and she told me that I need to start weights now. I've had it on my "to do" list to create a routine with 3-5 lb hand weights to start so I'll get on that this week.
