All alone today.

I said I wished I didn’t have a dentist appointment today ( cleaning) well, 30 minutes later my phone rings and they had to reschedule because my hygienist was ill. Didn’t workout great because I need to get it done before shoulder surgery and Dec 31 was the only opening! Ughhhh

John left at 4:30 am. I haven’t shared this yet but he has a family of
Half Siblings and they are close with 2 of them ( they are quite a lot
Older). One of the girls Passed away last week in Florida and John and his Brother went down for the funeral which is tomorrow Morning. He will be gone until Saturday evening. It’s SO QUIET here! So lonely.

Still doing good in eating.

Don’t like walking with a cane. It DOES help with being steady though. I suppose It will help me not fall again. The DR is probably right.

All of you
