For what it's worth, and far be it for me to give any advice, but I turn into a bit** the day after Treat Day. I call it "carb overload" and we go on a longer walk in the morning while I chug water all day long. I also go to bed early until it wears off. It takes one day to get back to normal, and every week when it happens, I wonder how I managed when I was eating carbs/sugar all the time when I weighed 300+ pounds.
