I am so glad that you are working on balance and leg strength. That and the core are the main reasons for seniors to get sidelined. Right now, I am pretty much sidelined. Yesterday, I noticed that the stairs were okay in the morning, but a few hours later, I avoided stairs and sitting on things that were too low. I have found two men and a woman who focus on balance and core for seniors. They put free exercises on their FB page. Usually, 3 or 5 exercises to do every day for a bit. If you are interested, I can give your their links. At this point, I am just full of good intentions but haven't started. Keep talking about your success. Maybe it will inspire or shame me into getting started.
