Every day this week, I have vowed to get lay off sqewts but they keep coming...from neighbors, Bill's church and my work Secret Santa gave me a box of beautiful homemade candy, brownies, fudge stuff. I have flunked each test!

3 clients today and done until Monday. All my Christmas packages got to where they were going on time. I didn’t think one was going to make it.

I made slow roasted salmon Monday with a sauce of sour cream, Dijon, lemon zest, capers and a little brine. It was really good. The dogs LOVED it! I got home from work last night. Bill had fed them dinner but they were absolutely going nuts trying to get me to get up. Cosette even tried barking and growling at me (which she soon learned not to do!). They just carried on and on until I warmed my dinner up and they got their share of salmon! I've never seen them so worked up over food! These 2 knuckleheads love shrimp and salmon. Carin said I've made them too bougie! LOL

Delta's get together sounded so nice. When I was a kid, there was too much alcohol. When my sister took over the holidays, everyone had to be on their 'best' behavior so it wasn't much fun.
