2) not as good as Paula, but the candy is hidden away in the freezer downstairs
I got back on track yesterday - 2 days off were long enough for me. (I should not have consulted the scales this morning LOL). Thankful is that I'm on track again
3) got to grocery store - Ray will make me cowboy beans (8-10 servings) tomorrow, I ground up some turkey to have with buttercup squash (3 servings), bought stuff I need for ricotta bake (3 servings) - that's about 2 weeks of meals right there so I'm bound for success
4) will make up some fat bombs with creamed cheese, peanut butter and sweetener. It's my little healthy treat for night time (approx 7 grams of protein)
5) Ray is off work 'til Jan 7 and is doing some kitchen work - crown mouldings, painting, couple of new shelves. He's happy!
