I think you can sign up or pay for his courses, but he puts up a new exercise frequently, and if you follow him on FB, it will hit your page every few days, if not every day. If you just concentrate on one thing and add something else he does to it after a bit, it sure helps to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and pain (for me anyway). It will keep you moving like a younger person as you age. If the legs get weak, then things go downhill quickly. I hope that ya'll use them if you don't already have something that you use. I have a problem with a stiff left hip and keeping it moving helps so much.
