1) Ray has started on his kitchen reno. He has taken down the backsplash and I suspect he will start painting ceilings today. He loves to keep busy!

2) I am getting a cold but not as bad as my brother and Dad have had. Hopefully it will be in and out in in a flash. So far, Ray doesn't have it

3) only took 2 days "off" at Christmas. In the "olden days" it used to be WEEKS!

4) weather man was wrong (so far!) We were supposed to get freezing rain this morning but so far so good

5) time to make some New Year's Resolutions and I'm looking forward to 2026
