Laundry day and it is almost finished.

Anticipating freshly washed sheets tonight.

The wind was mostly in the tops of the trees and above here last night, and not much damage. Around us, were areas with many trees and power poles toppled.

All the wires in this area are underground. The sub-station can have problems, but it is usually squirrels. Since they found the place underground that was causing our power to go off, we haven't had much trouble, but for years, it went off constantly.

We are making a plan today to pack up the old house and get everything moved to the new house. My husband has decided that he wants to hire a company to move things since the old house has to be moved down a set of stairs in the back because the front entrance has a weird T-turn when coming into it. It is kinda bitter sweet. I am going to miss my ugly little house and its beautiful view, as well as the neighbors and the whole area, but I think I am going to totally love the new place.
