I have been in extreme back Bain the last 2 days. Woke up with it Monday early AM. Pain pills. Muscle relaxers. Gabapentin. Cane. Just a mess. I guess you can figure out the ablation did not work. I don’t know what will happen. They told me 2 years ago if they stopped working it was the trial
For a pain stimulator (internal tens in a sense). I’ve been using my tens also and it’s honestly the thing helping most now. These are hard to get insurance to pay for I think. I believe it’s now my last hope but it will be a while before I can do the trial even if they want to, with the shoulder surgery coming.

I got a cancellation with the nurse practitioner who is at the clinic where I get ablations. I want to see if it’s my SI joint or somewhere I can get an injection before surgery to help me. Being down in my back and shoulder recovery together will be hard
