It is my Si joints. More left but right also. She said when people start walking with a cane this can happen. Gait is different. Etc. I’m even having trouble bending in the shower to clean myself good TMI I know but it’s because I always put my left leg up on the side of the tub and it’s immediate pain in my SI and down my left leg. What a mess.

They want me to have both SI injections
But ( wait for this) I can’t have them until March 16th because they use steroid in shoulder surgery!!! What??? How am I going to do this. I’m in agony in 2 places. Can’t hardly wipe. Can’t wash myself hardly. I ordered a handled pouf today and picked it up. Hope that works in the morning. This is a MESS
