I ate ambrosia made with cool whip and that wouldn't be something "on plan". I didn't eat a ton of it - but regular Cool Whip wouldn't be something on my plan.
I didn't this time but veggie straws would be another example. I could eat them 'til the cows come home and not get full. When I buy them, I can eat way more than a serving.
No candy, no cake or anything - just not counting protein intake, writing things down. With the sleeve, I think there would be the dumping too. I did throw up a little dip though now that I think it through. Had eaten nuts then had carrots with a rich dip and that came up.
