Trip is a little less than 3 months away. I am going to make the most of that time. No more 260s 270s, 280s..... I always feel all jazzed up to get this right first thing in the morning and, sadly, after crying into bed after blowing it. Need to get it during the day!! I love so many of my clients. I don't know most of the new forms of therapy, pretty old-school but my strength is relationship-based. For some, it's the first time in their life when they came first, when someone sees them. Not fancy but it usually helps. Handyman coming to put up the new lights Friday. I've had these big boxes all over the place since early November! Have had horrible constipation the past week or so. Just horrible and extreme measures to get it out. This problem had improved a lot so, what waa different? Started taking a calcium supplement and, voila, couldn't go. No more calcium supplements for me.

Cinq Choses Pour Moi Posted by Krista on 1/13/2026, 8:25 am, in reply to "Terrific Tuesday Thankfuls - do share? nt" 1) 3 days where I wasn't staying true to my plan but I am thankful I got back on track yesterday 2) how easy it is to CUBII along while watching TV. It's not a big calorie burner or strenuous but it's certainly better than doing. 7000 steps in 75 minutes 3) watched first episode of "The Pitt". Going to be another great season without a doubt! 4) the kitchen is put back together and we have ordered a cabinet to finish it off for storage from amazon. Ray is going to pick out paint colours today for the dining room and hall and he's decided to wait on replacing flooring (which saves money and makes me happy LOL) 5) every job I do I give 100% and that's something I am proud of - always have been and always will be.

As time went on, obviously I figured out a way around all that ! How is the sleeve different? Just curious.

The previous 3 days, I was eating dry roasted nuts (for example). Instead of 1/4 cup which might be a reasonable serving I was eating closer to 1.5 cups - handful after handful. They "slid down" as in they didn't fill me up like a healthier meal would. I ate ambrosia made with cool whip and that wouldn't be something "on plan". I didn't eat a ton of it - but regular Cool Whip wouldn't be something on my plan. I didn't this time but veggie straws would be another example. I could eat them 'til the cows come home and not get full. When I buy them, I can eat way more than a serving. No candy, no cake or anything - just not counting protein intake, writing things down. With the sleeve, I think there would be the dumping too. I did throw up a little dip though now that I think it through. Had eaten nuts then had carrots with a rich dip and that came up.
