I was Up .6 of a pound! Ugh. I had three days with over 100 grams of carbs along with some stress so I’m not sure if that contributed to this or not.

I do know since getting off that scale on Sunday I have been struggling with my food. I am sure this is due to the games our minds play when we see that number going up!

I am going to get this turned around TODAY!
