People feel they have to get out in weather like that either! And most of them are just driving around to be driving around. I listen when the weatherman tells me to stay home.

We didn’t get near the snow expected either -but the wind chill was no joke.

All that being said-the younger generation doesn’t know what a real winter in Kansas used to be like. When I was young (I know I am sounding like my mom now!) we had WINTER! And it started before Thanksgiving and didn’t let up until late April. Snow, snow, snow. And we went to school and most of the time had to go outside for recess! And then we came home and had chores to do!
