to weigh in. That's the spirit! Five pounds in 11 days is doable, but remember that starting an exercise program is probably going to cause some soreness and inflammation initially and that fluid is going to weigh, even though you will be losing fat still so don't pay too much attention to the scale numbers for a couple of weeks until your body settles in and recovers. Make an eating plan and stick to it, get to the gym regularly and the weight will take care of itself. I know that it is exciting to think about losing that 50 pounds though.
