I got home late this evening. He said.

1 all is going ok
2 no reaching behind my back
3 no lifting more than 2 pounds w left arm
4 can’t raise it above countertop height
5 no toileting no left hand ( this is the hand that’s easiest for me)
6 I return 3/20
7 physical therapy starts in one month. She said it’s a fit w insurance over PT which is absurd They will call me.
Oh and mynstitches will dissolve between weeks 4 and 6 post op. She took steri strips Off. it looks better than I thought.

Still very painful.
