1. Sunday - I like how the Sunday readings are in the church bulletin.

2. We went walking yesterday morning in a light rain. We just put on our raincoats and went!

3. My eating has been out of control two Saturdays in a row. What's up with that? Can I turn this around? Yes, I can! I need to figure out a reward for myself for staying on task next Saturday.

4. We bought a new food carry bag from Costco for when we do a dinner pickup. The handles on the old one were shredding.

5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me!
