Want to get some new pillows and a couple other things Went through all my charts yesterday. Only have 4 treatment plans to do. Thought I had a bunch. YAY me. Keeping up better than I thought! Beautiful day yesterday. Window down in the car. Same today. Reassurance from you guys. Childhood stuff still gets triggered sometimes. A couple themes are "you are in the way!" "you just want to show off."It was seen as a negative if I wanted any recognition at all. Don't even know what triggers it sometimes.

I love what you have done with the office! Ouch, what you got from your family sounds painful. I kinda understand how it can sneak up on you and jerk you back and make you question yourself. I kinda understand. My brother and I were talking last night about how some of our extended family were always trying to make us feel less-than in a similar way. We were talking about how, to this day, certain situations trigger us and suddenly suck us back to how we felt every time the family got together. Some people just don't like it when your balloon gets filled with helium and they only got air. They keep trying to pull us back down and deflate us. Didn't work with me. They just never got to come along and experience flying high. They are still on the ground all these years later, looking on.

After he left.... kmy gastro exploded. Pooping/diarrhea and vomiting and dry heaves. I had just started gratiudes here . I felt sick most of the day. Grateful... that I feel better today. Cold... but sunny the past few days. The sunshine helps make it 'feel' less cold. Krista's dad has come thru his operation well. On to the next step. The love I have for all you ladies. I care about you so much.❤️🩷 .

We went walking yesterday morning in a light rain. We just put on our raincoats and went! 3. My eating has been out of control two Saturdays in a row. What's up with that? Can I turn this around? Yes, I can! I need to figure out a reward for myself for staying on task next Saturday. 4. We bought a new food carry bag from Costco for when we do a dinner pickup. The handles on the old one were shredding. 5. FSF family and friends! I pray for all of you, your families, your friends in my daily prayers... and thank you for praying for me! Maintenance is a forever endeavor!

I also love that you are figuring out ways to stop your Saturday eating from getting out of control instead of just throwing in the towel and being out of control other days. Question: Have you been eating gluten/dairy-free along with your husband? When I first started eating gluten-free and dairy-free, I wanted to eat everything in the house because my body felt like it wasn't getting real food anymore.

The same thing happened when my husband had to go low sodium and it showed in "my" bloodwork. My doctor asked what I was eating and suddenly it was obvious. Have I told you lately how smart you are? Thanks, Delta! Funny story for you - when my husband returned from CVS with the Zyrtec, I immediately checked it to make sure it was gluten free.
