Mike came over to visit yesterday... and to help with some things and pick up laundry.

After he left.... kmy gastro exploded. Pooping/diarrhea and vomiting and dry heaves. I had just started gratiudes here . I felt sick most of the day. Grateful... that I feel better today.

Cold... but sunny the past few days. The sunshine helps make it 'feel' less cold.

Krista's dad has come thru his operation well. On to the next step.
