2. A good weight loss zoom meeting this morning. Love my little group. There are 6 of us that meet on Saturdays at 7:30.
3. One of the girls on there said she has lost 40 pounds since December 20 by using the 80/20 plan where 80% of her plate is protein and 20% of her plate is green vegetables. She can have some fats but no fruit or dairy in the beginning. I am going to concentrate on eating more protein and heaven knows I need to eat more veggies. Carbs are still controlling my day. Grateful to have choices.
4. Love my weekends. Time to relax and spend with my favorite guy!
